Its my great pleasure
to welcome you to Providence Lodge & Gallery, a
historic inn and gallery located on the tranquil
grounds of Lake Junaluska in the western mountains
of North Carolina.
My family and I
have spent a week together at Lake Junaluska every
summer since 1969, renting this cottage or that,
and we have come to love the area and what it represents.
Every visit strengthened our faith and our family
bonds. When I was given the opportunity to buy this
lodge, it truly felt as if Divine Providence was
at work. Our organization name, Faith in Fellowship,
reflects our commitment to sharing this lodge with
generations to come in strengthening ties of fellowship
and enriching and sharing our faith.
In this first year,
we simply want to extend hospitality through lodging
and meals. Later, we hope to become involved in
creating some of our own programming. We also want
to encourage local artists. For example, many of
our special furnishings, such as the hand-hewn bear
lamps, are for sale.
